A 3x3 basketball tournament on an outdoor court, with a DJ and a three-point shootout.

Half-court 3x3: short games, constant rotation and every team plays several times, so nobody watches from the bench. Between rounds there's a three-point contest open to anyone, including people who have never played. It runs on an outdoor city court with music, and no experience is needed — teams are drawn to mix skill levels.
