Rally League

The year-round inter-company league: several sports, one table, and a participation report every quarter.

Companies enter teams and compete all year through a rotation of sports — five-a-side, padel, 3x3 basketball, running — with every fixture scoring into a single overall table. It doesn't have to be the same people each time: the league rewards sustained participation, not just results. Every quarter the company gets a report of how many people took part, from which teams and in which sports — usually the thing needed to justify a wellbeing budget.
